Cyber Security and Network Engineer

Bavelle Technologies is seeking a Cyber Security and Network Engineer with proven experience in Cyber Security solutions, for an immediate full-time position.

As a member of the IT team, you will work directly with our business customers, developing, deploying, and supporting IT solutions, in a fast-paced and challenging environment. You will have the opportunity to apply your skills and experience in many diverse technologies that you already know, and also learn about the ones you don’t.

Job Description:

  • Design and support diverse IT business solutions, including: Cyber Security, Virtualization, and Cloud
  • Perform Cyber Security Audits, Penetration Testing, and Attack Simulations
  • Contribute to deployment of SOC and integrating a new SIEM
  • Work on Azure Sentinel and Elastic SIEM for Incident Response and Threat Hunting
  • Configure and deploy emerging on-premise and cloud Cyber Security solutions, including Content Disarm and Reconstruction (CDR), Vulnerability Assessment, IDS/IPS, Next-Gen Firewalls, Threat Intelligence tools, and more
  • Build and upgrade security posture for compliance with HIPAA, PCI, and DSS
  • Work on securing Critical Infrastructure on OT networks
  • Design, deploy, and support VMware virtualization clusters
  • Develop and implement Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solutions
  • Deploy and support cloud-based solutions in AWS and Azure
  • Support and maintain customer networks as their Managed Service Provider – MSP and MSSP
  • Monitor networks and respond to alerts and incidents
  • Identify and research emerging technologies

Professional Skills and Experience:

Required – at least 1 year’s hands-on experience

  • Configuration and support of LAN, WAN, Windows Server, Active Directory
  • Configuration and deployment of Cyber Security solutions
  • Working knowledge of Cisco Routers, and VoIP
  • Bare metal install and support of VMware ESXi.
  • AWS and/or Azure
  • Good understanding of security technologies, cloud solutions, best practices and standards
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, attention to detail, ability to work independently and with others
  • Bachelor’s degree in network security or relevant field

Preferred

  • SOC Analyst experience
  • Experience working in ISO 27001 environment
  • Python or other scripting language
  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect
  • SQL & KQL concepts
  • Certifications: CCNA, CEH, AWS, CySA+
  • Fluency in Hebrew, and/or Spanish
  • Master’s degree in Cybersecurity or relevant field
